What to tell us
- The address of the app: the page you saw, as it stands in your browser.
- What you saw, and when.
- Anything that shows it: a screenshot, or the full headers of an email.
- Your email address, if we may write back with a question. We send no confirmation.
What happens next
- We look at every report.
- An app that breaks the acceptable use policy is paused, and its team is told.
- We cannot always tell you what we did, because that can involve the details of another customer.
What is not allowed is in the acceptable use policy. Copyright complaints go to legal@arrangic.com, as the policy describes. A weakness in the platform itself goes to the security page.
